About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at Four Seasons Serengeti. This role requires passion, leadership, and a strong background in luxury hospitality and food operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee training, development, and evaluation of kitchen staff.
• Assist in menu planning and ensure consistent food presentation.
• Manage costs through scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
• Lead by example during busy hours and support all kitchen operations.
• Participate in recruitment, feedback, and team development.

Qualifications

• Degree in culinary arts or hospitality management (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in culinary leadership positions.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Familiar with luxury standards, kitchen systems, and safety regulations.
