About the Role
HRM365 Consulting is looking for a Pharmacy Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and high-quality procurement in line with approved plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze product usage to forecast demand accurately.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
- Manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Track stock levels, oversee deliveries, and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Prepare and submit regular purchasing, cost, and pricing reports for management review.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience (2–3 years) in pharmaceutical procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, sourcing processes, and supplier networks.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
- Demonstrates integrity, proactivity, and strong problem-solving abilities.
