Role Overview
HRM365 Consulting is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Pharmacy Sales Representative to support sales operations, promote pharmaceutical products, and deliver excellent customer service across assigned pharmacy outlets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys front-line sales, understands pharmacy retail, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical and consumer health products in assigned pharmacy outlets.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information.
- Process sales transactions and support basic cash-handling activities, if required.
- Maintain proper shelf arrangement, product visibility, and ensure product validity and availability.
- Support pharmacists during field activities and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels, track fast- and slow-moving items, and support re-ordering.
- Prepare basic sales and market feedback reports for management.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years’ experience in pharmacy sales, FMCG sales, retail pharmacy, or consumer health sales.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, OTC, cosmetics, and personal care products.
- Energetic, organized, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- High integrity and customer care orientation.
- Basic computer literacy and numerical accuracy.
- Willingness to travel within Dar es Salaam to cover assigned outlets.
