Role Overview
HRM365 Consulting is seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Pharmacy Team Lead – Pharmacist to manage daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing pharmacy team. This position combines clinical expertise, leadership, and operational management to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily pharmacy operations, including staff scheduling and workload management.
- Ensure accurate, safe, and compliant dispensing of medications in line with regulatory standards.
- Oversee inventory management, minimize expiries, and implement loss-prevention strategies.
- Train, mentor, and coach pharmacy staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- Maintain excellent customer service and uphold professional and ethical pharmacy standards.
- Support business growth initiatives and drive continuous operational improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Licensed Pharmacist registered with the relevant regulatory authority.
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, dispensing standards, and ethical practices.
- Proven experience in inventory control, expiry management, and loss prevention.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy or inventory management systems.
